html form question

How can I set up an HTML form so that the following conditions are met in the example below?

selecting "buy all fruits" prevents any other selection
any other selection prevents selecting "buy all fruits"
selecting "buy all apples" prevents any other selection of apples
selecting any apples prevents the selection of "buy all apples" but "buy all peaches" can be selected etc
selecting "buy medium tomatoes from Fred" or "buy medium tomatoes from Don" prevents the selection of "buy medium tomatoes"
selecting "buy medium tomatoes" prevents the selection of "buy...Fred" and "buy...Don".

The form should list the following choices:

buy all fruits
..buy all apples
. . . . buy red apples
. . . . buy black apples
. . . . buy yellow apples
..buy all peaches
. . . . buy syrup peaches
. . . . buy juice peaches
..buy all oranges
. . . . buy seedless oranges
. . . . buy thin skin oranges
. . . . buy easy peel oranges
..buy all tomatoes
. . . . buy ripe tomatoes
. . . . buy cooking tomatoes
. . . . buy medium tomatoes
- - - - - -buy medium tomatoes from Fred
- - - - - -buy medium tomatoes from Don

If possible at all, I would prefer to code this in HTML only (avoid javascript etc).

Thank you for your help.
