how to map special keys in vim, e.g. ctrl+<


Hello, every one:
How to map special keys in vim, e.g. ctrl+< , ctrl+> , shift+< .
I want to resize the windows in vim, ctrl+w+< is complex, I want map it to double press ctrl+< , how can I achieve it ?
