How to center a dialog?

Sorry for all these silly questions, but I'm a bit new to GUI programming (using wxWindows).

How do I center a dialog/frame on the screen? Also, take into consideration the fact that different screen resolutions may be used but the frame size is 800 by 600. Essentially I need to know how to get the screen resolution.

Thanks.
