care to explain that in any detail? Glade is nothign more than a gui builder to generate callback stubs and such, no reason to use it if you don't want to.

I mean i have one application written using glade and i have written some code in GTK programs. then i found one feature in that application and now i want to port code written using glade to my GTK programs? what should i do? should i convert my GTK programs by creating them again using glade? in that application i found glade_xml_get_widget is used. how can i use that in GTK program.
