file transfer to nokia phone

Does anyone know how it is possible to transfer files to a nokia phone? I am trying using the Hayes-AT protocol, which the phones seem to understand, but I can't find any documentation from nokia describing how to transfer files with the AT protocol. Does anyone know how?
