devel header for x

I do not want to start installing xorg header devel pac until I get a hit so,

Code:

main.cpp:(.text+0x25): undefined reference to `XOpenDisplay'
main.cpp:(.text+0x35b): undefined reference to `XCloseDisplay'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

I am running Linux MINT, I've already installed, libx11-dev and xorg-dev, and that didn't work.

I just hand compiled it

g++ files.cpp  img.cpp  imgfunctions.cpp  main.cpp  options.cpp  timers.cpp    -Wno-switch-enum -Wno-switch -lboost_system -lboost_filesystem -lm -lX11 -lImlib2 -o mh5000

it worked, so I donno, this is the only distro that gave me grief installing this via makefile.
