Question Creating FIFO messaege buffer using shared memory


I'm a new to C and linux. But I want to create a message buffer using shared memory, which will accessed by 3 processes. Could some one help me to do this. If some one has sample code please send me.

why do it with shared memory, why not use the SysV messages queues already available. have a read of this
