Question Cannot find API docs for libdvdnav and libdvdread

I have been doing a bunch of research on DVDs --> I would like to do something for KDE that resembles dvdshrink. To get started, I wanted something that could read the structure of the dvd and create a tree view from that. Later I would work on ripping and requantizing. I think I can do this if I could find the API references for libdvdread and libdvdnav. The problem is I cannot find these APIs on google, the home pages of the projects or in the source code. Does anyone have a link to where I might find these docs (or some tutorials or something....)?

Thanks a Bunch!

I had this problem too (needed to use libdvdread to copy a problem disc with corrupted chapter data). The only "docs" to be found were the header files. If you browse through the /usr/include/dvdread/ files, you can begin to piece together what's possible.

Thank you very much -- that is kinda what I figured, but had hoped for a bit more -- I am still a fledgling programmer, so I am sure I will not see what should be some obvious limits on parameters and such. I will see what I can figure out. Thanks again!

found some stuff....

After searching around yet again, I did find some docs for libdvdread (On its home page of all places!) here: http://www.dtek.chalmers.se/groups/d...annotated.html

I am still looking for docs on libdvdnav if anyone has a link.....

Thanks a bunch.
