Update package not installing

Sorry, the following package cannot be selected:

libvorbis0-devel-1.1.2-1.1mdv2007.1.i586 (due to unsatisfied pkgconfig(ogg))How do I correct this?Be that this does not update the icon constantly shows updates are available for this.

This is due to a packaging error. See this bug report:
