Now thanks to the other guys they helped me out about how to start kde, now i have another problem all of a sudden all my letters have a space between them i dont know what the heck i did, i was downloading an update came back and it was like it!, could anyone tell me what i might have done wrong?
go to kontrol center (configure your desktop)->components->file manager & to look n feel->fonts & check the font settings. change styles & sizes as needed. if fonts are screwy in konqueror, go to settings->configure konqueror->fonts & adjust there too. a restart of KDE may be needed when done.
