Samba is configured, but I get this error

I just wiped my drive and installed Mandrake 2006 Free. I'm trying to get Samba working, but obviously I'm having problems.

Here is the error I get on the Windows side.

Is there a way to get some sort of network icon on the desktop sort of like Network Neighborhood back in the old days? Or something like Windows XP's view enture network option.

I figured out that part...
I forgot to get rid of the < and > on the netbios name.

Another question, what would I have to put in the smb.conf file so that whatever user is logged in, his (or her?) home directory is shared with a password?
