Right compiler

Hi,
I have compiler gcc version 3.3.1(Mandrake Linux 9.2 3.3.1-2mdk).
I have problems with a c file,that is part of a driver.
It is supposed to work since people have made it work,as I read,
but it gives me errors,so "make" stops.
The errors have to do with structs,it says there is no ";" at the end(but there is )
and then it gives me a bunch of "dereferencing pointer to incomplete type" errors.
Is there a chance I do not have the right version of the compiler,or are there actually
problems with the .c file?
Thanks in advance

It doesn't look like a compiler problem. It's rather lack of libraries or different header files in the two systems. Please paste the errors, so I'll be able to say more.

error

The errors ocuppy many lines.
And I didn't think it would be appropriate to copy paste them here.
So I uploaded them.
You can find them here: http://www.tux.gr/output.txt
Thanks in advance!

Which kernel version is the driver for? It looks it expects different headers that you have. Check the driver documentation. Is there anything about kernel version?

kernel

Yes you are right.
It does say sth about a specific kernel.
But mine is a later one,so I thought it would not be a problem.
Should I use the older version?
Thanks again

You should probably find newer version of the driver.
