i have been trying for several days to update my urpmi's from zarb.org and everything is stuffed except for the plf urpmi's. Anyone know whats going on with this???

Welcome to the world of URPMI's! This is a common complaint. You just have to get used to it. This is why I try to learn to compile from source so that I'm not so dependent on RPM's. I somehow think it's a conspiracy so that we get dependent on it and we'll eventually have to pay for it! Or maybe not....
I kept trying with different sources, and finally after like the 20th source it worked.
Its awesome, i needed to get urpmi so i could get the kernel source to install the madwifi drivers. which i also got help for on the forums here . and now both the urpmi and the wireless card/madwifi driver works!! :-D

btw..the oakland server is the one that worked for me
