Mandriva 10.1 + ATI 9000 Pro + fgrlx + TV Out

I have been seach everywhere for information and have not been able to find any info. How exactly can I active the tv-out feature for Mandriva with the fgrlx driver. Right now my computer is connected to the television but its not showing up on the screen. How can I get this working?

I am not trying to configure the tv tuner, I am trying to configure my ATI 9000 Video Card to display tv out.
