mandrake or redhat

ive had so much trouble installing the drivers with my nvidia chipset, graphics card and lan driver that ive gone nuts. after collecting all the drivers needed (quite new to this game) i find out in one of the threads that redhat bailed on its consumers. so i did some research and find that mandrake 9.2 is based on redhat, popular distro and supporst ntfs (read not write).

question is, does redhat 9 have ANYTHING on MDK9.2?

Do a search or check out Distrowatch for the answers to your question.

Both should install on your system - while both are east to install, configure and use, MDK is more geared to new users.
