Need help with Mandrake 9.1 and Redhat 9.0

Hey all, this is my first time here on this Forum.
Alright, I have a dual boot of Windows XP and Redhat 8.0. Well, I had a dual boot. Something happened when I installed Redhat 9.0.
I get half way through the boot process and then out of nowhere I get a kernal panic. This never happened in 8.0 but with 9.0 I get this IRQ dump. Go figure.
Now, i decided to try and install Mandrake 9.1. Well, I got through the setup screen, then my screen goes blank and my keyboard flashes.
I'll get more details with the Redhat problem.
Anyone else run into any installation problems with Redhat or Mandrake?

I have done lots of rh 9 installs and never had a problem.
I would suggest you use a different keyboard or mouse though, and check to see that you don't have any unique devices plugged in.
Get it as basic as you can for the install.
