purpurea LQ Newbie Registered: Jan 2004 Location: sheffield UK Distribution: mandrake Posts: 2 Rep:	Mandrake 9.2 XFree 4.3 Aiptek Hyperpen Tablet problem Hi, I've just purchased an RS232 serial-port Aiptek 6000 and wonder if anybody's mangled it to run. I'm wanting to use it with xmerlin to help my partner who has RSI but can still write. I've tried compiling xf86HyperPen-0.1.3.1 with no luck and noticed the file hyperpen_drv.o in /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/input but don't know what to do with it... sorry if this all seems niaive but any guidance will be gratefulyl received - I've tried googling for info but haven't seen anything that seems to work for me.
