Installing windows 2000 on Mandrake10

Hi Y'all

I'm trying to install Windows 2000 pro on my 2nd HD I already have Mandrake 10 installed. I need windows to be able to do something on the WWW.

When I try to install I get up to a screen telling me that my BIOS needs updating & if I turn of ATPI (whats that?) then I will be able to procceed.

I didn't have this problem before, notthat long ago either.

HELP!!

If possible windows must be installed first and then Mandrake.

He´s right. You have to load Windows first then Mandrake. There is another method but would require a 3rd party app. Its been some time since I´ve used Partition Magic but it used to come with an app called Boot Magic. You could use Partition Magic to make room for Windows and use Boot Magic to control which OS loads.
