Extract all.rdz and problem init file

Hi
i downloaded ( mandriva-linux-free-2009-dvd-i586 )
i extracted all.rdz
this path : /i586/isolinux/alt0/all.rdz
for change but init <-(in all.rdz) is file execute and not source that

How can acquire source init (all.rdz)

extract --> all.rdz , by this command
zcat all.rdz | cpio --make-directories --extract

please help me
