command line setup utility

What is the equivalent command in mandrake 10 for command line setup utility which is available in all
version of redhat linux ?

hey dont u know what is command line setup utility ? u first find out what is that then answer
to my question...Dont waste your time and my time.

It would be helpful on *YOUR* part to say what command line setup utility supplied with RedHat you mean before you start snapping at someone genuinely trying to help you. We're not mind readers.
