accidentally deleted a file.

Hello,
I was fiddling with some symbolic links and the next minute this file was gone "/usr/lib/libbz2.so.1.0" It is in this package "lizzip2_1"
How does one re-install the package?

I have tryed this :
urpme libbzip2_1
Removing the following package will break your system:
basesystem-minimal-2010.0-2mdv2010.1.i586
(due to missing rpm)

From the man page:
