Open a terminal, type "su" (without quotes), enter the root password and hit Enter. You will now be in a root terminal.
Type 'urpmi rpmdrake' (again without quotes). Depending on your setup (meaning whether or not you've previously configured external sources or not), this should at the very least install the version of RPMDrake on the CDs. If it doesn't work, please post the error message so we can help you further.
