'unsatisfied gcc' in mandrake 10.1

Hi all,

i'm using mandrake 10.1 official, and i'm having a major problem installing the kernel sources with urpmi.

[root@196 kyle]# urpmi kernel-source-2.6
Some package requested cannot be installed:
kernel-source-2.6-2.6.8.1-25mdk.i586 (due to unsatisfied gcc)

But i already have installed:

gcc3.3
gcc3.3-c++
gcc3.3-cpp

along with binutils and everything that goes with it.

Can anyone help?

Go to easyurpmi and setup the main, contrib, plf and udate repositories for your version of Mandriva. Once thats done, do as root

cheers for the suggestion, but i got 300mb+ of packages downloaded using --auto-select, but the problem still remains
