Threads still unread in "Quick Links>View Latest Threads" after "Mark Forums Read"

"Quick Links>View Latest Threads": threads are still considered as unread (they are in bold font) even after clicking on "Mark Forums Read".
Actually, it seems that they are considered as read (in normal font) only if I open each of them manually (+sometimes I need to delete the cookies in Chrome as well).
Is it the expected behavior?
