Can't see past page one unless signed in

I can't see threads past the first page unless I'm signed in. Is this normal? Thanks.

Wow. My computer seems to need intensive care. When I push page two, or next, I just get page one again.

Nope. I just logged out, closed the tab, reopened the forums link, found this thread and logged back in. No problem.
