WPC11 V.3 wireless card master mode

I recently bought a WPC11 v31, because I needed to make it as an access point.
but It is not going in master mode.
I have suse 11.1 on my laptop, it recognize the card.
when I write the command:
iwconfig eth0 mode master

it shows me an error.

what can I do?
Please help me.

What driver does it use?

Can driver support master mode?

I did not use any driver My linux recognize the card with out any driver.
I am using suse 11.1 .
can you help me?
