Wifi Sweex 140 Nitro PCI losing packets

OK first of all i am freshman so pls don't shout ;-)
i managed to get the internet access from linux via wifi card SWEEX LW142 but this card loses loads of packets and as for that connection is really SLOW ;-) Debian etch 686

As it is intersil chipset i firstly tried sth from prism site but it won't work and isl_whattheheckthenamewas probably is working but i cannot download it in any tarred version. OK so i sticked to ndiswrapper, which worked for some time (15 minutes) with card afterwhich freezed. I got this problem out changing debians 1.19 ndiswrapper to newest one (i know it's somehow against the integrity but make uninstall works) then card stopped freezing and started working.

In my neighbourhood there is only one network but at channel 10 so i stick with channel 1. i configured it could ping google and other sites, but i lose about 60-90% of packets doing so.
I don't know whether i configured the card incorectly but i have no idea what to check else.

in win vista card works but for 15 seconds but not losing packets ;-), but dumping kernel after mentioned time.

as for settings card is set for all it's feauters in driver files in /etc/ndiwrapper just like manufacturer tells to do, iwconfig is set to use only chanel 1 at interface wlan0.

I can't really tell what else could be important for you so could you help me with it a bit

Pls don't tell me to read some guides cause i read them all and most of them haven't worked with my card i have my second thoughts that the card can be somehow disturbed by the traffic in the neighbouring network, but i really have no idea how to fix it.
