WiFi failing to connect at boot using Ndiswrapper

Hi all,

i've managed to get my WiFi working 99% under RHEL4, the only problem i have is that the Wifi wont connect at boot, and i am being assigned an IP instead of the static one i configured in both ifcfg-wlan0 files...

I still have to do the following at the terminal after logging in to be able to get onto the network:

Code:
iwconfig wlan0 key open blablablab

iwconfig wlan0 essid "My essid"

dhclient wlan0
then i get assigned an ip (192.168.2.21) after this network runs fine i can get online etc etc, I'd just like to know what are the steps i need to take in order to get the Wifi connected at boot and with the static IP i want? (192.168.2.101)

Thanks in advance!

Edit the config file for the interface in the /etc/network-scripts/ifcfg-wlan0 (or something close to that - it's been a while since I ran a Red Hat box).
