Red face unable to enable wireless network in laptop with rhel5 ????


hi i am unable to configure wifi in my laptop with red hat enterprise linux 5.
i have compaq presario v6316tulaptop.
1.>i write neat command
2.>then goto new
3.>select wireless network
4.>in the hardware device there is no proper device for my note book

but i cann't understand you.
my problem is that i cann't use wifi network on my notebook.
i have compaq presario v6316tulaptop with red hat enterprise linux 5.
so how can i enable wifi device on my laptop?????
please give quick responce.

hi
i am using my compaq presario v6316 tu laptop with red hat enterprise linux 5
my notebook wifi driver is Broadcom 802.11b/g WLAN
i am using NdisWrapper 1.55.
what is the procedure to install ndiswrapper and how to use it in enabling wireless???
some one help me................

please some one help me to activate my wifi.
i am using ndiswrapper.but during extraction of windows wifi driver by unshield extractor there are some errors.
