help-wireless card problem on acer 5610 laptop


i need help. i have an acer 5610 laptop with a wireless intel 802.11abg card(iwl3945 i think). i run BackTrack linux with a live cd and use kismet and airoscript and everything was ok but .. something happened and now when i run kismet it says that my wireless card doesnt support monitor mode but the first time worked ok.i run iwconfig wlan0 mode Monitor and says 'device resource busy' i run ifconfig wlan0 down iwconfig wlan0 mode Monitor iwconfig and the wlan0 is in monitor mode but kismet dowsnt work. Any advicde?
