Exclamation Customized clock settings on KVM guest

I have a question on how can we maintain
the time set on the KVM guest.
Suppose I set a time using date -s command on the KVM guest.
Now after the reboot of guest I will be having the timezone adjusted to the KVM host. How can I avoid this.
Do i need to add some tags to the virsh xml?
Or I need to run some script or make some configuration
changes to file so that changes on the guest stay permenant. Also the clock should work according to changed date. Please help. Thanks in advance
