Thank you for the reply,

what i dont understand , why is the system became READ-ONLY, it seems to a permission problem. and since chmod is blocked as well, nothing could work?

As far as I know having a read-only file system usually points to the "dirty" flag needing to be cleared or other corruption. Your OP starts off by saying "i have been getting all errors on my system on boot" yet you didn't post exact (error) messages. If you still have them posting them could show clues. If you don't have them then disconnecting the VMDK, (loop)mounting and inspecting it running the default diagnostic file system tools (in --dry-run mode) may show clues.

It sounds like the Linux file system is damaged. Have you tried booting the VM using s system rescue CD image, and checking the file system?

Also, you could check the "/var/log/messages" file on the ESXi itself. Also check the "vmware.log" files which should be in the same folder as the rest of the VM files. If these ESXi logs are not reporting any obvious errors about your Ubuntu VM, the problem if very likely to be within the VM itself. The cure for this is just the same as for a physical server.
