Ok, so I got it to work by using X -configure. Then I edited the config file and it came up with a blank screen. When I checked the messages, there were no errors. I used X -configure again, it produced what I assume is the same config file because I didn't change my hardware, and it still came up with a blank screen. I tried xorgconfig and it did the same thing. Right now I'm so fed up with it that I'm just going to install SuSE 10.1. I know I'm going to go back to Gentoo, but I just want to play with Suse for a while. Please convince me otherwise.
Thanks,
-Peter
