when I run this instruction
/opt/lampp/lampp start
appear this message
"XAMPP is currently only availably as 64 bit application please use a 32 bit compatinlity library for your system"
after I installed ia32-libs and use some instructions appear new meassage
"XAMPP is currently only availably as 32 bit application please use a 32 bit compatinlity library for your system"
it's change from 64 to 32 but XAMPP didn't run
I wanna some one to solve this problem in short time

Not surprised a bit you're having problems with FC8 on a new, 64 bit system. FC8 is VERY old, the latest is FC12. If you're going to run a server, I'd suggest downloading the latest 64 bit version of CentOS....
You probably could shoehorn some libraries together, but the mix of old/new stuff is, at best, unstable.

thanks but what's the different between fedora 8 and centOs I mean you sure it will run XAMPP in centOS without problems
are you using XAMPP?
note: I know the new version of fedora but I think no problem if I use fedora 8 or 12 the same problem in XAMPP

Fedora 8 is VERY old. CentOS isn't on a fast upgrade path, like Fedora is. CentOS is like RedHat or SUSE Enterprise...major upgrades are slow to come out, where the 'free' versions, are updated much more frequently.
And sorry, can't understand what this:

means. Are you saying you'll have the same problem in FC12 as you do in 8? Any new software is designed to take advantage of a new OS/libraries, etc. If you somehow can get ahold of a version of xampp from several years ago, it'll probably work fine on FC8. But you'll be missing all the features/upgrades. If you use a new version, use an up to date OS.

Try BitNami LAMPStack instead, it should work, it is a XAMPP alternative. You can download it at Bitnami

Also, Fedora 8 is no longer updated; they only maintain the 2 latest versions (currently F11 & F12).
In any case, go for long term stable system like Centos (free version of RHEL; similar to Fedora). Updates go for 7 yrs and it's used in serious production systems.
