X-mule 1.8

actualy thats i do install wxWindows/GTK (damn it took me half of hour), and looks like intalation is ok. I just been warned to change some kind of path, bah, nothing important.

ok, going to install x-mule. (its file sharing program). wehl, i do configure with cmd line arguments as mentioned in intall guide, etc, its looks ok at beggining configure ok. Make, ok making this shit, but during compilation it spits errors (last lines)

Compiling ChatWnd.cpp...
Compiling ClientCredits.cpp...
Compiling ClientDetailDialog.cpp...
ClientDetailDialog.cpp:54: invalid static_cast from type `void
(CClientDetailDialog::*)(wxEvent&)' to type `void
(wxEvtHandler::*)(wxCommandEvent&)'
make[1]: *** [ClientDetailDialog.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/archives/xmule-1.8.0/src'
make: *** [all] Error 2

oh man, this is some kind of shit, I can code C a little, but even this error message will confuse me, I believe this is gtk related shit, any ideas what to do?

The devs have warned that the client doesn't work with wxWidgets-2.5.1 only with 2.4.2.

Mind you I had no luck with 2.4.2 either !

You could go and use mldonkey for your p2p needs.Ain't the greatest thing in the world but it beats the a-,x-,l-mules anyday for stability.
