Wine using dual boot Windows directory

I have been trying to use wine to install a Chinese input program, and it had been a total failure in every way. Now, I want to try get wine to use/access my existing windows programs on XP(I have dual boot).

I know that there is some documentation on the winehq on how to do it, but for some reason, I can't find it.

why don't you just boot to windows?

WINE is not really worth the trouble in my experience.
Though I haven't tried it for years.
