Wine Question


Hello
I am Usman,
I am using redhat linux 9, i want to run windows based programs running in linux, i downloaded WINE but after running its RPM not availed. still i can't run windows based programs in linux.
it does not open .EXE files..

please tell me how to do this in linux opening exe files and installing software...

well first you have to make sure you have the redhat 9 specific rpm and after installing it with rpm -ivh package.rpm where you replace package with the name of the file obviously, you will then have to make a fake windows drive, where you can use something like winetools to automate the task for you, then after all that is done, you can then attempt to try and run things..
