windows bootloader accidentally removed from a dual boot system

I'm using Windows as a second OS and as I was trying to reinstall Linux I accidentally formatted the old /boot. now Linux is booting as normal but the Windows bootloader won't show in the grub menu. I tried reinstalling grub,update-grub ,the lilo and syslinux solutions, but none of that seems to work for me. is there any way I can place those windows bootloader files from an iso file into the /boot ?
PS: I tried to boot live from a USB that has Windows on it but it shows me black screen then it boots back to Linux, what is the problem here?
Brand : Lenovo / OS : Kali linux

NOTE:
Fast boot is turned off
Boot Mode is Both(UEFI first)

Your best bet would be to keep on trying to successfully boot from a Windows install ISO and use that:

You may need to re-install grub using Linux afterwards.

Failing that, Boot Repair Disk (https://sourceforge.net/projects/boot-repair-cd/) might be well worth a shot.

No Windows boot code goes in /boot - if Windows exists and os-prober is installed, update-grub will add Windows to the boot menu. We have no evidence you didn't trash (all of) Windows.
Run the boot-repair in report-only mode and post the output - or a a link to it.

Thank you guys for your replies. I've solved the problem just by backing up my files reinstalling windows. The problem with the usb was a case of corrupted files..I used the windows tool to burn the iso in the usb stick, then it got recognized by the bios as a bootable media
