My windows not booting in dual boot after removed linux


I had windows and Linux on same hard disk.Windows is primary partitions.
I removed the Linux partition using disk management from windows,
now every time it comes and stops in grub prompt.Is there any way to repair???? please help me.....

Boot from your Windows CD, enter the recovery console and use the fixmbr and fixboot commands to reinstall the Windows bootloader.

If you have windows installed in the first partition, at grub prompt you can do

rootnoverify(0,0)
chainloader +1

if windows is in sone other partition you can accordingly use (0,1) (0,2) etc.

Yes,this is how i boot now.Windows is primary partition only.I know that i can load windows using commands. But i can't do it every time like this.

rootnoverify(hda0,0)
chainloader +1

How do i reset the mbr for booting windows

This is how you reinstall the windows bootloader and fix the mbr for booting windows.
