windowmaker applications


Hi all,

I have just migrated frm kde to wmaker.......i do not have kde installed on my system and i do not want to install it....so now i want to know the applications that i have to emerge which will eneble me to do the following......

1. View images sthing like kuickshow
2. gkt based text editor sthing like kate not gvim or emacs.......
3. clock applet( in great need )
4. Dictionary sthng like kdict that will connect to the server...
5. is there anything like panel here( just curious i like it without panel Wink )

and the last important thing that i want is a graphic file manager...............sthing like konqueror......

1. gqview or gwenview
2. cooledit, gedit, or nedit
3. xclock will already be installed, but it is really crappy IMHO. For other choices see here: http://packages.gentoo.org/search/?sstring=clock
4. dictd?
5. dunno
File manager: try Nautilus or gentoo

i differ from you in the last one i find that rox is a better file manager......just personal opinion..
