why it`s saying "urmpi database locked"?

Well, you either have to reboot your system or start a terminal, switch to root and execute the commands below

rm -f /var/lib/urpmi/.LOCK
rm -f /var/lib/rpm/RPMLOCK

thank you a lot so then i need something to install i need to use this ? or now it`s gonna be ok?

It should be ok now, so there is no need to run the commands again (unless of course the problem happens again).
