Judging by the link to the wiki that you gave, you might be interested in openSUSE (rather than one of the Suse Linux Enterprise variants), although that's just a guess. However, if so, it might be useful information to know that the release schedule calls for a new version (13.1) to be released in one week's time, so, depending on your requirements, it might be worth waiting for that (not that there is anything badly wrong with the version that is available today, just the newer version is, well,
newer and will be supported for longer).
