There is lots of documentation on the mldonkey (mldonkey.net) site. If you need a frontend, you can use kmldonkey if you are a KDE user. I usually compile it from source and then run it from a subdirectory in my /home by issuing the command "mlnet" or "mldonkey", then start kmldonkey. Not to be rude, but for someone whos been using the site a lot, you don't seem to be doing any research before asking.
