where is 'Perl = 5.8.6' ?

I'm missing 'Perl = 5.8.6'. I downloaded 'Frozen Bubble 1.0.0 ' (game) and am using kpackage to open it (Its an RPM file), Soooooo . . I went into yast thinking this was an easily fixed problem, but there is no perl 5.8.6 in any of the perl items listed. I tried a bunch of different things including searching almost everyone of them manually just to find it to no avail. Does it have a different name perhaps? or is it something I could download? Thank you for any help given.

ok I might have found the solution. I went to RPM resource site and found what I was looking for! The only question I have is this: Perl 5.8.6 is made for suse 9.2 or some such. . . . I have suse 10.0. I found what I believe to be the updated version which is perl 5.8.7. The question is whether or not 'Frozen Bubble will accept the updated version, or if I need to still install 5.8.6. Also If I install both will I have a conflict>?

I would be surprised if 'Frozen Bubble' required perl 5.8.6 specifically vs perl 5.8.6 or later. perl 5.8.8 is the latest stable release so you could either upgrade your perl installation from the standard source distribution from the perl site or you can try the 5.8.7 version for suse 10.

Peace...
