Web Conferencing Linux Solution ?

our company was searching for a web conferencing service around the internet. I tried couple of services on the internet and they seem to be good but a security question will arise since our companies data will be visible on somebody else's server. the other solution is buying a server which is extremely expensive. well what about a third option, an Linux open source web conferencing solution that i don't where to start searching for. Any idea's?

i installed DimDim and it's working just great on my Fedora Box. the users use FireFox/IE as a client. it does pretty much what MS Live Meeting can do except that it's faster and hosted in my house and doesn't charge X amount of dollars a month :-) the idea that our power point presentations and voice financial conversations are being passed over the internet plain HTTP through Microsoft servers wasn't very appealing for me. i didn't try the web cam/voice part yet but DimDim uses shock wave flash player for the Video/Voice part so i don't think that it'll require a lot of bandwidth and i think it'll work. i just need to by me a webcam and it should be good to go.
i'll try it tomorrow and if it worked, i'll setup a bad ass server in my office for everybody I'll keep you guys updated. thank you so much for the suggestion that's exactly what i needed.
