How to setup a video conferencing service in Linux

Hi! My boss wants to setup a video conferencing service. He have his' own office outside the country and he wants to do video conferencing from his' office to our location. Is there a easier way to set this thing up? I want a cross platform service because he is using Windows. Hope someone can help.
