VSftpd

Hey

I'm trying to start vsftpd and it gives me this:

500 OOPS: could not bind listening IPv4 socket

Can anyone tell me what this means and how do I fix it?

Thanks

Are you starting it as root?

Is there another service listening on the ftp port?
netstat -nlp

Can you post a copy of you configuration file.
