Question VMware WnXP and Linux

Hi all
I am sure somebody must have ask this question before, I tried to search but after half an hour I am giving up and decided to ask this question.

I have Installed VMware on Winxp machine and Installed Redhat 7.3 as a guest machine.
What I am trying to do is to setup Redhat as my Test Webserver (installed apache, php, mysql and openssl). I will be desiging web applications or website and testing it on my Test Webserver which is actually a redhat installed in vmware. And also I would like to surf the web from my Redhat installed in vmware.

Is there any "How to" for this type of installation?
How should I go about installing redhat in vmware with a host-only adapter or NAT adapter?
How do I configure my redhat and Winxp so that I can surf the net from Redhat?
My system Specification is :
WinXP, AMD Athlon XP 2000+, SDRAM 516, ZONEALARM PRO for firewall.

I will be grate full if somebody can give an answers to all my questions.
cheers!!!!
Indee
