vcards from emac

I have vcard from eMac, but in this file there are 300 contacts. I want to import those contacts into xp outlook, but Microsoft outlook can import only one vcard at the time and it’s not reading that file as multiple addresses but as only one address. Can anyone help me how write a script that will GREP from that vcard all addresses and put them into separate vcard?
Begin vcard is
BEGIN: VCARD

End vcard is
END: VCARD

File name I want to create from First Name & Last Name
Ex.
N: Smith; Bobby and Pattie;;;
Filename of this I want to create as Smith_Bobby_and_Patie.vcf

I’m thinking about one long grep command but I need help.
Thanks
