upgrading to kde 3.5 suse 10.0

Hi

Running suse 10.0 with KDE 3.4...Would like to upgrade to KDE 3.5...Novell has a link
where there is a whole lot of packages for KDE 3.5...Do I need to grab each of them or just certain ones to upgrade?

I used apt4suse and synaptic for updating / upgrading my system. It works excellent.

Hi

What about upgrade with RPM's ? Can I upgrade SuSE 10.0 KDE 3.4 to 3.5.1 with them ? I've just downloaded whole bunch of RPM's. Can I just click on one particular RPM (and which one is that ?) and upgrade will be chained for other RPM's or I must click all RPM's one by one to upgrade / install all of them ?

I believe you can upgrade KDE using yast. Just add the directory where you have the new rpms to your sources and do the upgrade (search for "kde" and upgrade all the kde packages). It worked for me and I am no linux guru.
